We want you to love your Illumicrate US fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition apparel and intimate items are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
